When you create your account for the app (potentially link accounts with Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat in order to gain more popularity), you will be greeted with an interface where you can choose the broad topic(s) you would want tracked. For example someone may want to track how often they go to the gym, how much sleep they get, how many hours they study per week, and how much time they spend reading. Their broad topic would then be: fitness, reading, sleep, study. Each time they go to the gym they would go on the app and simply choose fitness and then if they want to also track the hours on top of the amount of times gone to the gym they could then put +15/+30/+45/+60/+75/etc minutes. The app would thus track the amount of times the user has put that they’ve been to the gym, and the amount of total time spent there. Each time the user studies, they could put that they studied, for how long, and then if they also want to be more specific they could choose “New Option” and write down “Physics”. The next time they study for physics the option would already be there as the app saves the options you put. This way the app would track how many hours they study and also track which subjects they study for how many hours. In a personal report the user would then see through simple text, graphs, or infographics how many hours they spent studying that week/month/past 4 months/past year/etc and which subjects they studied for X hours and X% of the time. The purpose of the app is to see how much time you actually spend in total on things which you want. A way to see how you balance your life.
Through our app, users will be able to connect and contact others with equivalent stats. Users will get weekly reports about how their stats are compared to the rest of their society, and the world. They will then have the option to connect with people whose stats are similar; either in their community, country or the world. This will open up the opportunity for our users to socially and physically connect; for example, they will now have someone keeping them company at 6 am in the gym. By helping people with similar interests connect through our app, it will encourage more people to fulfil their daily habits with pleasure and excitement. Additionally, our users will feel emboldened and the crave to push themselves harder because of the competition they might be feeling from the other people with equivalent stats. This will help people integrate and familiarise themselves with their communities; for families relocating, both the adults and children will be able to have an easier time adapting to their society when meeting new people through our app. Users will have the ability to connect with others regarding equivalent statistics in attempts to help motivate and integrate more people to their communities, and the world.
